Last time I was out in California my neighbor sent me an email asking me if I was out of town.  My alarm was going off for an hour. She said she normally doesn’t hear it but for an hour she did notice it. When I moved I threw out my old alarm clock and bought a cheap one. Somehow I couldn’t turn it off for the weekends. I thought I did and it never really turned it off.  

 I asked one of the women feeding Leilah just to unplug it.  

Since I came back I just never plugged it in. I thought I would try to live with out an alarm clock. Well I do kind of have one. When Leilah hears the stirrings of the neighbors and wakes me up.

Even though I don’t have to be at work till around 11 I am still getting up around 6 or 7 each morning.  I am actually feeling great getting up early and hope to keep it up.
